Payment details are processed by payment providers. Hunderedform does not store full card numbers on its own servers.

We use your information to provide ATS scoring, AI resume feedback, keyword matching, account features, support, security, analytics, and service improvements.

We may use aggregated or de-identified information to understand product performance and improve resume analysis quality.

We use email only for account notices, support replies, product updates, and marketing messages where permitted by law. You can unsubscribe from non-essential marketing.

When you request resume analysis, resume content may be sent to AI infrastructure or model providers solely to generate your requested feedback.

Do not upload sensitive information that is not needed for a resume review, such as government identity numbers, bank details, medical records, or passwords.

AI output is advisory. You remain responsible for reviewing suggestions before using them in an application.

We share information with service providers that help us operate Hunderedform, such as hosting, analytics, security, email delivery, payments, and AI processing.

We may disclose information when required by law, to protect users or Hunderedform, to investigate abuse, or as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, or sale of assets.

We do not sell resume content or personal information to recruiters, advertisers, or data brokers.

We keep personal information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this policy, unless a longer period is required by law.

Resume uploads may be retained for account features, troubleshooting, fraud prevention, or user-requested history. You can request deletion at any time.

Analytics records may be retained in aggregated or de-identified form after account data is deleted.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect your information.

No online service can guarantee perfect security. Please use strong passwords and avoid uploading unnecessary sensitive information.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, export, restrict, or object to certain processing of personal information.

Hunderedform is not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
