If you use Hunderedform for an organization, you confirm that you are authorized to bind that organization to these terms.

Hunderedform provides resume analysis, ATS compatibility checks, keyword suggestions, AI rewriting assistance, templates, and job search resources.

We may update, add, remove, suspend, or discontinue features at any time to improve the service or protect users.

You must provide accurate account information and keep your login credentials secure.

You are responsible for activity under your account. Tell us promptly if you believe your account has been compromised.

You keep ownership of the resume, job description, and other content you submit.

You grant Hunderedform a limited license to host, process, analyze, display, and transmit your content as needed to provide the service.

You are responsible for ensuring your content is accurate, lawful, and does not violate anyone else rights.

You may not misuse the service, interfere with systems, bypass security, upload malware, scrape at scale, reverse engineer protected parts of the product, or use Hunderedform for illegal activity.

You may not submit content that is unlawful, deceptive, harmful, discriminatory, or infringes third-party rights.

Hunderedform uses AI and automated checks to generate resume suggestions. Output may be incomplete, inaccurate, or inappropriate for a specific job.

You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and deciding whether to use any suggestion. Hunderedform does not guarantee interviews, job offers, hiring outcomes, or ATS acceptance.

Some features may require a paid plan. Prices, limits, renewal terms, and included features are shown before purchase.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel according to the instructions in your account or checkout provider.

Refunds are handled according to the policy shown at purchase or as required by applicable law.

Hunderedform, its design, software, workflows, copy, branding, logos, and related materials are owned by Hunderedform or its licensors.

These terms do not grant you ownership of Hunderedform intellectual property.

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect personal information. By using Hunderedform, you agree to our data practices described there.

Hunderedform is provided on an as-is and as-available basis. We do not promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific career outcomes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hunderedform is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

You may stop using Hunderedform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these terms, create risk, or misuse the service.
